Not long lasting

OK product. Beeswax wears off quickly compared to other brands.

Great if you want to choose the size of wrap to suit your needs.

This beeswax wrap roll allows you to cut the wrap to the size you want, which is great. You can reuse it many times provided you clean it well without losing the wax.

Too small for a 2 lb bread

It big enough to wrap a loaf in

Safe and easy to use

Easy to cut to desired size and use. Very useful as a sandwich wrap; also handy for keeping food fresh in the fridge - and much safer than plastic wraps which can be ingested causing plastic build-up in the body.

Best kitchen ‘must have’

Delighted with this wrap. Easy to cut and ‘seal’ food in. Much better than foil or cling film.

Good alternative to cling film

I wanted to try this for a while as an alternative to cling film! This works quite well. I find it a little bulky to work with if it's cold (as you would expect given what it's made of), but great for smaller bowls or tind that needs covering. I like being able to have a sustailable alternative and also the design is really cute!

Brilliant

If everyone remembers to not throw them away then top marks.
Brilliant, I have been using the same one for at least 6 weeks. I wipe clean, gentle fold and ready for the next day. Great value and I feel I'm doing another little bit for the environment.

Just the right size

Does the job of keeping my loafs and buns fresher for longer, just the right size to get a good wrap on a loaf of bread.

Reusable beeswax food wrap

This is really cute. I like that it's reusable and that you get such a big roll. It's nice that you can cut it to size - though it's so pretty I hardly want to!

Not the easiest to mold

Takes some finessing to get this wrapped around certain products, but I do like using it over plastic because it's much more eco friendly. Cleaning it was also super easy to do.

Customizable size

I like this beeswax wrap allows you to cut the size to your needs. It stays in place but does take a little practice to get right. I like that this is reusable and the print is cute.

Not bad

It takes some getting used to over using plastic wrap, but overall I like this more. It's eco friendly, reusable, and it's always a plus to have less plastic around your food. It's not difficult to clean, just some cold water and if needed a little dish soap. It takes a little patience to get the wax roll to mold around what you're putting it on, but that may be due to the cold temperatures here affecting the process.

Expensive item but reusable

My Mom used beeswax paper when I was a kid to wrap sandwiches and cover bowls. You wash or wipe off the product as needed and it is reusable. $16.99 is expensive for a roll that is 13" wide by 35" long. Once you cut a size you need, you have to use it for the same container or wrapped item since you can't reattach it to the original role. The design on the paper is very cute. I am using it as part of a craft project. Strong, great beeswax coating, and easy to cut.

Cute print on reuseable wrap for food

These are cute and I like the design on these. It's the first time that I'm trying a Beeswax Wrap Roll to cover bowls with leftover food before placing them in the fridge. I like that I can cut as much or little of the roll that I need so I don't waste any of the wrapping. I also like that it's reusable and I can use it many times, especially since most days we have leftover food from our meal that needs to be covered and put away.

Beautiful & Functional

I love bees wax - I've been using it for years for a number of things but mostly cheese.

The texture will be pretty hard at first so I cut the piece I need and work it with my hands for a while before getting it pliable and ready. It can store cheese for an extended period and is easy to reuse.

I generally get plain beeswax but the pattern of this product was pretty cute so I thought I'd give it a try. For anyone who hasn't used it before, beeswax is reusable.

Works ok

Used to wrap a bowl and the items inside dried out. Going to take some practice. Not sure it's really a true replacement for plastic wrap

Bright happy print

I just adore the bright, happy print of this beeswax wrap. I have tried precut wraps in the past but they did not always fit as I wanted. The nice part of this wrap being on a roll is that I can cut it to precisely cover what I need it to. The wrap is a very nice quality and I find that it works well. I like that I can reuse these to avoid unnecessary waste. Cute & convenient!

Great wrap

This wrap is great because you can cut it to size for your exact needs. After crumpling, it sticks together well but does require the warmth from your hands. I definitely recommend crumpling the sheets you cut off prior to use. I love the pattern and think the quality is better than some I have tried in the past. These are great because you can cut them for large and small bowls and customize them to your needs versus precut sheets.

Love the bright prints

Having still not gotten around to making my own, loving the rolls. Need one size wider to wrap up a loaf of sourdough, but 2 pieces are doing the trick. Thank you.

Did not work that well

Tried this for my homemade bread but did not work that well. Very thick paper. I tried holding it together with hands around it for several minutes and still did not work to keep it together around the bread.

Frequently asked questions

Use fabric scissors to cut straight across the roll — no need to be precise, as the wax edges won't fray.

A rough guide: a hand-sized piece for small items, up to a full loaf-sized piece for larger food — you'll get a feel for it after the first cut.

Warm the cut piece briefly in your hands, then mould it around a bowl or food — the warmth softens the wax enough to make it stick to itself.

Wipe clean with a cool, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid hot water, the dishwasher and direct heat.

Most rolls yield several wraps depending on how you cut them, and each piece lasts 12 months or more of regular use before it's fully compostable.
